While common interior design firms typically charge based on the unit's usable square footage without pricing transparency, Design House HK's interior design fees are calculated based on the unit's usable area and include the following services:
Usable unit area of 500 sq. ft. or less HKD$48/sq. ft.
Usable unit area of 501-999 sq. ft. HKD$45/sq. ft.
Usable unit area of 1000-1499 sq. ft. HKD$40/sq. ft.
Usable unit area of 1500 sq. ft. or above HKD$38/sq. ft.
If the owner uses Design House HK's custom furniture and full-house renovation services, the entire interior design fee paid will be fully refunded.
1. Meet with a designer with over 10 years of interior design experience to receive professional design advice tailored to your ideas.
2. Unit floor plan and layout suggestions.
3. Unit floor plan and layout revisions (modified according to the owner's wishes after the first meeting).
If you choose our partner renovation team, there will be no additional charges for the following services:
1. Interior designer drawing and planning (including 3D renderings, electrical and plumbing plans, furniture drawings, construction drawings, etc.)
2. Revisions after drawings are issued
3. Comprehensive follow-up on renovation progress
4. Communicating owner requirements to the renovation team and site supervision
