【Space Highlights】

  • Glass partition system: The entrance and work area are separated by transparent glass partitions, guiding natural light to penetrate the entire venue while maintaining flexible zoning requirements - through atomized glass technology, open collaboration and independent meeting modes can be switched instantly.
  • Interpretation of industrial elements: the exposed outdoor flower pipe lines are matched with track spotlights, forming a material dialogue with the warm wooden office desk; the steel-structured bookshelf and the director's lamp display rack strengthen the professional genes of the production company.
  • Light equation: The southeast-facing floor-to-ceiling windows bring in morning light, and paired with a dimmable LED light strip system, it meets the diverse lighting environment needs from daily office work to film color grading.

【Functional Evolution】

  • The central open area is reserved for equipment testing space, and the movable green screen wall and hidden equipment cabinet allow the workspace to be quickly switched to a temporary shooting site. The tea area has a specially made film decorative wall, which seamlessly integrates film vocabulary into daily life.
