WELL Certification Interior Design Services

The WELL Building Standard is the world's first building certification system focused on "human health and well-being". It was launched by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in 2014 with the aim of redefining the relationship between the built environment and human health. As modern people spend 90% of their time indoors, indoor air pollution, excessive artificial lighting, sedentary lifestyles and other issues are causing chronic diseases and mental health crises. Professionals holding WELL AP qualifications will participate in the entire design to ensure that the renovation project can obtain WELL certification of the specified target level.

In this context, WELL certification is based on medical research, integrating building science and public health to propose a quantitative framework for "healthy buildings". Its core philosophy is to create indoor spaces that promote physical, psychological and social well-being through design, operation and policy interventions. As of 2023, more than 400 million square meters of space around the world have obtained WELL certification, including benchmark projects such as Google headquarters, HSBC offices, and Singapore Changi Airport, becoming a key tool for companies to practice ESG and employee health management.

WELL Certification Levels

Based on the comprehensive score, WELL is divided into four certification levels:

Platinum > Gold > Silver > Bronze
