村屋全屋裝修及設計意念，於同一個村屋單位上次分享了當代極簡風，今集將風格改成有機現代風，在設計理念、空間布局與前者有何分別？香港村屋鄰近自然環境，天生適合有機現代風，有機現代風共不是隨意堆砌植物，而是把「大自然質感」帶入室內，軟化建築的硬直線條，和上一集當代極簡風相比，同樣重視空間留白，但有機現代更強調曲線、天然肌理、材質對話，讓室內空間和室外山林景觀互相連結，打造柔和、觸感豐富，充滿呼吸感的居所。

Design House HK 的專業團隊可以提供 Hammer Test 敲擊測試、Cover Meter Test 鋼筋保護層測試、Radar Scan Test 透地雷達掃描這三項無損結構檢測服務，整套檢測工作全部由香港註冊結構工程師全程跟進，並非只由儀器操作人員做完掃描就交回數據，由現場勘測、數據採集、資料整理，再對照屋宇署存檔的批准建築圖則，最後出具經工程師簽署的正式檢測報告，報告會清晰列明混凝土狀況、鋼筋分佈、保護層厚度、內部缺陷位置，同時提出專業建議，如果檢測報告發現單位內部分結構構件與屋宇署批核圖則不符，甚至存在潛在安全風險，Design House HK 團隊會在註冊結構工程師指導之下，協助業主整理全部檢測證據，向屋宇署呈請有關文件，並協助業主開展相關申訴、補辦手續，以及擬定加固修復方案，免去業主面對政府部門無從入手的煩惱。
