How much does it cost to design the interior of a 700 square foot apartment?
Want to know the design costs for a 700-square-foot unit? Design House HK offers interior design services with high transparency. While other interior design companies typically charge based on the unit's usable square footage, which lacks transparency, Design House HK's interior design fees are calculated based on the unit's usable area and include the following services:
Units with a saleable area of 500 square feet or less : HKD$48 per square foot <br>Units with a saleable area of 501-999 square feet: HKD$45 per square foot <br>Units with a saleable area of 1000-1499 square feet : HKD$40 per square foot <br>Units with a saleable area of 1500 square feet or more : HKD$38 per square foot
If the homeowner uses Design House HK's custom-made furniture and whole-home renovation services, all interior design fees paid will be fully refunded.
1. Meet with a designer with more than 10 years of interior design experience and get professional design advice on your ideas.
2. Unit floor plan and layout suggestions
3. Suggested floor plan and layout of the unit (to be modified based on the owner’s wishes after the first meeting)
If you choose our partner decoration team, the following services will not be charged separately:
1. Interior designer drawing and planning (including 3D drawings, water and electricity drawings, furniture drawings, construction drawings, etc.)
2. Modify the drawing after it is produced
3. Comprehensively follow up on the progress of renovation
4. Express the owner’s requirements and supervise the renovation team
