Design, customization, transportation and installation

After the customer has determined the style and design of the furniture and paid the down payment, the designer will make a 3D drawing of the furniture, and after confirming all the details with the customer, we will issue a custom-made furniture order to the factory. After the furniture is made, we will arrange for it to be delivered to Hong Kong and arrange the installation date with the owner. After all the furniture is installed, the craftsman will perform trimming work on it to prevent it from harbouring dirt or becoming a breeding ground for insects in the future.

Payment Mode:

We will adopt a phased model to charge for custom-made whole-house furniture. Generally, we will charge the owner the relevant fees in the following stages:

1. If you need a designer to draw up a floor plan of the unit furniture after the initial meeting, the fee is HKD$500
2. First payment (before the 3D drawing of the furniture is issued): Deposit – 20% of the total cost
3. Second installment: before confirming with the furniture factory about the material cutting and production: 30% of the total cost
4. The third phase: The factory will take photos of the finished furniture for confirmation. Before the furniture arrives in Hong Kong, the customer needs to pay 45% of the total cost.
5. Final payment: 5% of the total cost after furniture installation (minus the initial cost of $500)
