If the designer's assistance in supervision is required, additional fees may be charged.

Design House HK's home interior design fees are calculated based on the unit's usable area, with no subsequent design fees involved, allowing you to have a better budget for interior design.

Units with a saleable area of ​​500 square feet or less : HKD$48 per square foot <br>Units with a saleable area of ​​501-999 square feet: HKD$45 per square foot <br>Units with a saleable area of ​​1000-1499 square feet : HKD$40 per square foot <br>Units with a saleable area of ​​1500 square feet or more : HKD$38 per square foot

If the homeowner uses Design House HK's custom-made furniture and whole-home renovation services, all interior design fees paid will be fully refunded.

The above interior design fees include the following services:

* Professional design opinions and suggestions provided by senior interior designers with more than 10 years of design experience
* A meeting with the designer of at least 45 minutes (online meeting or in-person meeting)
* Prepare unit floor plan/furniture layout plan

When the owner/client agrees to the design concepts and suggestions provided by Design House HK and has our partner construction team carry out the construction, all 3D drawings, construction drawings, plumbing and electrical drawings, furniture drawings, etc. related to the unit project will be provided free of charge.
