If the designer is required to assist in supervision, additional fees may be charged.

Residential unit over 800 square feet/Village house/Detached house - HKD$1,200

The above interior design fees include the following services:

* Professional design opinions and suggestions provided by senior interior designers with more than 10 years of design experience
* A meeting with a designer for at least 45 minutes (online or in-person)
* Prepare unit floor plan/furniture layout plan

When the owner/client agrees to the design ideas and suggestions provided by Design House HK and has our partner construction team carry out the construction, all 3D drawings, construction drawings, water and electricity drawings, furniture drawings, etc. related to the unit project will not be charged separately, and no design fees will be charged. The designer and project manager will jointly monitor the progress of the decoration, so that you can be more confident about the budget of the interior design.
