Document Processing Application

Our document processing service covers the entire application process for water meters, with a standard fee of HKD$7,500/1 water meter. The service includes application for licensing from the Water Supplies Department, professional drawing preparation, submission of all application documents, and subsequent review and follow-up, ensuring all documents fully comply with the Water Supplies Department's review standards to prevent application failure due to non-compliant documents. If fresh water is used for flushing toilets in the subdivided units, in addition to installing a separate water meter for each subdivided unit, the landlord must also install an additional dedicated separate water meter to calculate the total fresh water consumption for flushing toilets in all subdivided units. The cost of this portion of fresh water for toilet flushing will be fully borne by the landlord.

If the unit requires pipe modification to meet water meter installation requirements, our staff will conduct an on-site inspection and provide a separate quotation based on the actual construction difficulty, pipe layout, and other conditions.

Installation of Separate Electricity Meters for Subdivided Units

Full-Process Follow-up Service for Electricity Meter Application for Subdivided Units

For subdivided units where the electrical system already complies with regulations, we provide a one-stop service for applying for separate electricity meters, with a standard fee of HKD$6,000-$7,000 (estimate)/1 electricity meter application.

The service includes professional circuit diagram drawing, coordination for the issuance of WR1 Electrical Completion Certificates, submission of application documents to the power company, and review follow-up. After the electricity meter application is approved, the power company will restore power supply and install an independent approved electricity meter.

Please note that if independent electricity meters need to be re-installed or non-compliant electrical systems need to be integrated, a separate quotation will be provided.
